Satellite wireless routers are installed inside a school bus which has a route between Grapevine and Sheridan. Billy Hudson, a Vanderbilt professor and native of Grapevine, is trying to provide academic help to kids in his old home town and to kids nationwide who live in rural communities with the Aspirnaut Initiative.
