#10 Iowa State | Some years ago, citing long standing dissatisfaction with the aesthetic integrity of its old red and gold uniforms, Iowa State University put out three potential uniform designs to the Des Moines Register and took the new look of the Cyclones to the people.

Arkansas definitely belongs on this list. The red on the jerseys is dull and doesn't match the helmets. The lettering on the pants, while a cool idea, is too small. The actual worst: Penn State followed by Alabama.
