From the previous location at 2006 S. Pine St./Arkansas 89, El Canaveral had moved down the street to 1103 S. Pine, at the end of a strip center about a block from Knight's Grocery Store. It was a wonderful feeling to finally find the place, and we felt even better once we got inside and settled in. The restaurant is attractively decorated, with bright yellow, orange and reddish walls, roughhewn wooden furniture, and an eclectic mix of glass and blackiron hanging light fixtures. Some lovely paintings of fruit hang on the walls, complemented by several huge flower arrangements in muted colors.
