Papa Murphy's take 'n' bake pizza

Description

Papa Murphy's, a chain with more than 1,000 pizza outlets in the United States and Canada, is based on the principle of "take and bake."
The double-decker stuffed pizza on the menu board is basically two layers of dough stuffed with fillings, and it comes in two sizes, large for $13.99 and family for $15.99.
The Stuffed Pizzas are available in 5-Meat, Chicago-Style, Chicken Bacon and Big Murphy's versions. I went with the family-size 5-Meat Stuffed version, which is made with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, ground beef, mozzarella cheese and sauce. With the double crust and generous toppings, the pie was more than enough for four people.
Once you've placed your order, stand back and watch the person behind the counter make your pizza. The dough is made daily and comes on a bake-and-serve tray. Employees place the tray on a scale, which weighs the cheese to make sure you're getting the right amount, then they work their way down the line of toppings. They wrap the product in plastic wrap for your trip home, and provide you with cooking instructions that are on the back of a to-go menu.
A regular pizza cooks at 425 degrees for 12-18 minutes. A stuffed pizza or calzone bakes at 375 for 25-30 minutes as they're a lot thicker.
The restaurant also has a selection of Signature Pizzas ($10 to $14.99) like The Cowboy, The Rancher and The Hawaiian. They also offer Gourmet Pizzas ($12.99 to $14.99), and a line called Thin Crust deLite ($6.99 to $9.99) made with a thinner crust that has fewer calories and less fat. Papa Murphy's offers three calzone ($9.99 large, $11.99 family) varieties - Vegetarian, Italian or Combination.
