Midland might want to consider skipping over Shawn Haviland in its rotation the next time the RockHounds face Northwest Arkansas. The Naturals hit 3 home runs Friday and scored 6 runs in 5 innings against Haviland in a victory in front of a crowd of 6,096 at Arvest Ballpark. Haviland, who took the loss, has allowed 33 runs (25 earned) in 22 1/3 innings over his 5 starts against the Naturals dating back to last season. It amounted to a perfect opportunity for the Naturals to break out and end their five-game losing streak.
