Firing letter ruled out in pupil-touching case

Jurors deciding the case of a former Watson Chapel School District teacher accused of sexually assaulting his fourth-grade pupils will not hear evidence that prosecutors said would tell how the teacher was also terminated from another district after inappropriately touching students.
