Weeden proves he can wing it Quarterbacks throw footballs at a lot of things — tires, tackling dummies, receivers — but Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden got to try something different during an appearance on ESPN’s Sports Science just before the NFL Draft, when the former Oklahoma State star and one-time minor league baseball pitcher fired footballs at clay targets, which were traveling at 43 mph.

Now, if he can run like Zenyatta Former Horse of the Year Zenyatta foaled a dark bay colt Thursday at Lane’s End Farm in Versailles, Ky., where Zenyatta has lived since retiring in November 2010. The colt weighed 130 pounds and resembles his mother with a white star on his forehead and white dots on his left front hoof.
