So, MR. Packman the only IRS scandal regarding 501(c)4 groups occurred in 1959.

Since the wording was changed from exclusively to primarily for 501 c4 groups, they have been getting away with contributing up to 49% of funds raised to political purposes which in reality has been against the law since 1959. Since the majority of 501(c) 4 org's are conservative all of this may come back to byte them in the butt, if the rule is change back to what congress intended for this groups. Let's hope so.

packman ........ say's "Would you mind offering the definition of "political activities" with examples? ".....and the overwhelming majority of these supposedly exempt organizations were organizations for extreme political viewpoints." Would you mind telling us what makes a political view "extreme"?
Example: Carl Rove's "Crossroads GPS" super pac is a 501c4 organization. The statute law that congress passed says that these type of groups must be exclusively engaged in social welfare activities and no politics. The IRS during the republican administration of Eisenhower with a GOP appointed commissioner changed the word exclusively to primarily with an IRS rule change. Now since a rule change can not trump statute law intent/meaning no 501c4 groups should have been given tax exempt status if one dime of funds went for political purposes since 1959. Would you say that "Crossroads GPS" is engaged exclusively in social welfare activities and not politics? packman .... prove me wrong on this if you can.

packman .... at what age is being gay a choice? What about the 4 year old boy that wants to be and identifies as a girl. What does he or she know about sexual choice as you seem to believe in. Back up you opinion with science and facts rather than this is just my opinion, I can have an opinion that the world is flat but that does not make it fact.

My heart goes out to those pharmacist who are sincere about what they do in regards to drug safety, BUT my heart goes out to the families of the 50 who died because of the one's who put profit above safety. I say regulate the hell out of all of them and let the good suffer for the bad as is always the way.
