Although I disagreed with the original order to remove the child from the ladies' home and the judge's reasoning was simply wrong, it's scary to think our Court System appears to be ruled by the Court of Public Opinion vs the Rule of Law.

Agree 85% with Testinggonetwothree - regardless of the color of skin, very few youth seem to have any respect for authority, then deny responsibility for their actions when there are consequences. The cop was wrong, the girl should NOT have been thrown to the floor but knowing how flimsy those student desks are, it's likely the initial move was to pull her from the chair and it flipped over. Having dealt myself with obnoxious "whatja gonna do bout it" attitudes from kids, my response would have been to hand cuff her if possible, and drag the chair with her in it out of the room. The girl broke the rules and got caught. Everyone needs to stop blaming everyone else for the consequences of their own actions. Perhaps we need to go back to the days of being put in Stocks in the public square.
These are the statements that should have been spoken from the White House well over a year ago. His next step will be to invite a Police Officer to the White House for a beer.
Unfortunately unable to watch all of the the hearing but the clips I watched were zero surprise - Cummings will ALWAYS defend a fellow Democrat. The Clintons ALWAYS have and ALWAYS will walk the tight-rope of linguistics and technicalities - eg "Steven's never asked the Embassy be CLOSED" More security, reorganizing location, more security - that's not asking it be "closed" Hopefully her progression to POTUS will be stopped by a PR campaign starting with her radical college days, her being kicked off the Watergate investigations as a lawyer, to the Clintons history in Arkansas, to the various questionable activities while First Lady, to the questionable activities associated with the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Machine are masters of deceit and obfuscation.
Haven't followed all the details, but would like to know how much profit the Buyers' are making assuming they are re-selling that tissue to legitimate accredited research institutes. Stem Cells is one of the waves of the medical future that will save lives but I believe other sources of stem cell are available to science.
Filing a lawsuit for $127,000 for a broken wrist? from an accident that happened 4 years ago with an 8 year old nephew? Can only assuming Auntie is either in need of money and looking for deeper pockets or she had an argument with her sibling (nephew's parent) and wants to make the family miserable. What a sad person.
I'd like to see an investigation into how it was approved for 70MPH to be acceptable as the upper limit to effectiveness specifications. I'd also be curious how far in advance the widening of 540/49 was approved for NWA region - they installed the cable barriers only to start ripping them back out again soon after completion to start widening project. What a waste of taxpayors' dollars!
Too bad these murderers did not grant the right of appeal, extend a stay of execution, or provide any other mercy to their victims. Until this is settled, move forward with the executions but rather than use the lethal injection they are so afraid may be painful, for each individual use the exact same methods that individual used to murder their victim(s).
Ironic she forced her own religious beliefs on her staff while declaring she was denied her own relgious freedom. Remember she was only jailed after she refused Judge's compromise offer of not making her issue but allow staff to issue licenses, thus forcing her beliefs onto those of her staff. If she can't perform the duties of the job, she needs to find a new job. If I'm Vegetarian and refuse to cook meat, should I expect to be allowed to work as a cook in a steak house?
Undercover police/Informants "set up" people all the time - no one forced her to agree to the bribe therefore she deserves to spend some time in prison. The 30 months behind bars will be maybe 10 months with the time off for good behavior. She'll survive - as a good Christian, she should know God does not give us more than we can handle. Re Pitty her, she's been thru enough - let's assume she couldn't afford rent - she knew the salary BEFORE running for the office, she should have taken all factors of holding office into consideration BEFORE she ran for office. Only confirmed to me she has poor judgement and definitely cannot manage money - her's or the State's. She's been thru enough? She dragged this out herself. She could have admitted her "mistake", accepted a plea deal and been done with all of it by now. Glad to see she has some friends, but advise is don't let her near your bank accounts :-)
