Someone has to control the voting IMPACT of illegals in America. Beebe won't, so some Patriots in the Senate did. As far as expense is concerned, the Democrats will throw a party someplace, for some reason and spend in excess of $300,000. Expense is a very lame excuse for the veto. If presenting a picture as proof of citizenship is invalid Constitutionally, then let's forget drivers license, social security, and Medicaid cards.

Pryor: Programs must change January 5, 2011 at 11:31 p.m.
Mark Pryor is a bone marrow liberal. He, as well as other Democrats are now proposing tax increases out the gazoot, plus cuts in programs (SS and Medicare)which is our money we have contributed through the years. They always say "WE" must cut.... What a bunch of hypocrites! They act as if the lethal budget defecit evolved from some unknown source\ like Chicken Little and the falling sky.... asking how did this happen and who caused it?

No sympathy, sorry. The location of this establishment was back room determined by politicans. I must say, a group of greedy galactic morons. Ole money, back in the 30's and 40's invested deeply in the east end of LR, and the downtown area. Everything was fine until "white flight" occured in the early 60's. To recoup the bucks and make big profits, they have been throwing TAXPAYER money at these areas for years. Ckeck the prices on condos in the downtown area...
$300-500,000. What a laugh. You can have the same unit on the beach
almost anywhere in Florida for those prices. Would you really like to move to Main street and spend $200,000-400,000? GREED, folks, GREED!

No doubt, Mike Beebe is one slick politician. He never gets involved in controversial matters like immigration, Obamacare, etc., and takes every opportunity under the sun for a photo op.
While other governors are facing important matters head-on, IE: Arizona on Immigration, Oklahoma on Islamic law in their state, new Jersey on the state budget defecit, 20 states filing federal suits against Obamacare, we see Governor Beebe hyping some neutral, mundane issue that provides a smiling photo op. Yes it is the safe way for a politician do do this, but with this nation in social and financial chaos, ultimately having a direct impact on our sstate, where is the gov? Perhaps we need a shotgun instead of a Beebe.
