Substance abuse is hard to deal with... You just do the best you can at the time. I know you're grieving, but try not to become obsessed with the "what if". This young woman was on a downward spiral...no matter how much you did to help, it would have just been something else down the road. I'm sorry for your loss.

$4000 and $3000 for bail? For raping a 12-year-old? Why are they even being let out at all? Whether it was rape or turns out to be consensual sex, the girl was ONLY 12!!! Each and every one of them knew it was WRONG! Send them all to prison so they can find out what rape truly is...

I personally didn't like the new concept. The quality of the merchandise (at least the clothes) went way down with the change. Why pay $12 for a cheap shirt at Penney's when you can get a $6 cheap shirt at Wal-Mart or Target? I think most people will pay a little more for quality. If they want cheaper, they shop at Wal-Mart and Target. Don't get me wrong, if I like something and it looks good, I don't care where it comes from, I'll buy it. I just think JCP's quality went down and that's why the sales went down.

This coming from people that can and have voted themselves a pay raise, have their own retirement plan and not social security, and lifetime retirement even if they only serve 1 term. They shouldn't be able to do any of that . They are not better than anyone else, they just think they are...
