Man drowns, child rescued at 2 LR parks
Fisherman waded into pond; boy, 2, took tumble into water
A 41-year-old man drowned Friday morning in the pond at MacArthur Park and a 2-year old narrowly escaped the same fate at Ottenheimer Park.
