Former Auburn and Ole Miss Coach Tommy Tuberville was the guest speaker Monday at Little Rock Touchdown Club kickoff luncheon at the Embassy Suites hotel in west Little Rock. Tuberville, a Camden native who played at Southern Arkansas, was the Walter Camp and Paul Bryant Coach of the Year in 2004 after leading Auburn to a 13-0 season and its first SEC title in 15 years. He resigned as coach at Auburn in December 2008, following a 5-7 season, the Tigers' first losing season since 1999 when Tuberville was in his first season there after leaving Ole Miss.
