In Harrison, where more than 18,000 customers are without power, about 180 people have sought refuge in a shelter set up at Arkansas National Guard Armory. They are young and old, all there because power at their homes has been knocked out by one of the most powerful winter storms in years. At the shelter, these residents get hot meals and warm blankets, and a little comradeship. These people are making the most of a bad situation, they say.
