The Little Rock Civitan Noel Don McGuire Memorial Award is given each year by the Little Rock Civitan Club to the Outstanding Rookie Police Officer graduating from the Police Academy Training School. The award is named in honor of Noel Don McGuire, who was killed in the line of duty on May 14, 1980.
