Officials, veterans, family and friends gathered at the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum in North Little Rock to for a memorial of the 70th anniversary of the attack at Pearl Harbor. During the ceremony, North Little Rock Mayor Patrick Hays and other officials talked about their '70 for 5' initiative, in which they hope to raise enough money to bring an historic Pearl Harbor vessel, the tugboat 'Hoga' to harbor in North Little Rock. The congregation also observed a moment of silence at 11:49 a.m. (7:49 a.m. Hawaiian time), the exact moment in which the attack began.
