Volunteers participate in the Jan. 28 Point-in-Time survey, a biannual census that attempts to account for homeless populations throughout the United States. The surveys in Benton and Washington counties were coordinated through Kevin Fitzpatrick at the Community and Family Institute at the University of Arkansas.
