Jessieville stifles unsteady Elkins

Jessieville defeated Elkins 9-1 to win the state championship in Class 3A at Bears Stadium on the campus of UCA. Lions' pitcher Mark Reyes, who is signed with Arkansas, struck out 17 for game MVP honors.
