San Antonio's Rincon is hit by pitch, not awarded first base

San Antonio Missions' outfielder Edinson Rincon is hit by a pitch against the Naturals on April 17, but the home plate umpire claims the ball hit the end of the bat. As replay will show, Rincon was definitely hit in the arm.
