Newton County Water Shortage

Arkansas National Guard Members hook up a 5,000 gallon water truck south of Fallsville (Newton County) along Hwy. 21. The guard was bringing water from Ozone to fill the lines of the Nail-Swain Water Association systems by pumping out of a retired fire department pumper truck into a fire hydrant.
