Mark Anthony Jones and Randall Tremayn Robinson, the two former Little Rock Police Department officers charged with conspiracy to and attempting to aide and abet the transportation of several large shipments of marijuana, were released to their families pending trial. Magistrate judge Jerome Kearney determined the two men were not flight risks, nor do they present a threat to those in their community before the two men are to be tried in Federal court on the charges.
