Spencer Zahrn, of Little Rock, presses a section of glass tiles into place during the creation Wednesday of The Waves, a Mosaic tile artwork created by Maribeth Anders, an art teacher at Pulaski Technical College and Zahrn, one of her students. The piece is one of several in the Bernice Gardens at S. Main and W. 14th streets in Little Rock.
