Melanie Palmer is the Northwest Arkansas Women's Shelter executive director in the facility Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 with artwork donated by professional artists. The shelter is having a Fresh Start fundraiser to benefit the shelter where they will sell art donated by professional artists and art created by shelter residents.
