Sandy delivering snow to Virginia

As Hurricane Sandy bore down on the Eastern Seaboard early Monday, Oct. 29. 2012, parts of Virginia were starting to see snow. Up to 2 to 3 feet of snow have been forecast for the mountainous parts of West Virginia.
