Family Council President Jerry Cox of Little Rock, an executive director of the Coalition to Preserve Arkansas Values, speaks Thursday on the Arkansas Supreme Court's ruling that the proposed Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act ballot is sufficient. The coalition had challenged the ballot.
