Speaking in Virginia Beach, Va. President Barack Obama said during a campaign rally that he will fight to create jobs and better schools for all Americans, not just those who vote for him. GOP presidential nominee campaigned in Springfield, Virginia Thursday. At an American Legion post, Romney said President Barack Obama isn't leading Congress in the face of what he called devastating military cuts.
