Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe held a brief news conference Tuesday morning to discuss the recent transgressions of Lt. Gov. Mark Darr. Beebe suggested that Darr resign, adding that he spoke briefly with him recently and Darr said he had no plans to resign.
