David Gearhart and Athletic Director Jeff Long greeted dignitaries such as Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, state legislators and various alumni at the Razorback Day at the Capital luncheon and pep rally held at Next Level Events at The Old Train Station and at the Capitol on Tuesday.
