Obama Taps Hagel for Defense, Brennan for CIA

Rounding out his second-term national security team with a pair of controversial picks, President Obama has named former Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel to be defense secretary and White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan to run the CIA.
