Sponsors and officials from the All-Arkansas Preps committee gathered at D1 Sports Performance on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, to announce the addition of Peyton Manning as the keynote speaker of the All-Arkansas Preps awards banquet, to be held June 1 at the Wally Allen Ballroom in the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.
