Senate votes to override 12-week abortion veto

The Arkansas Senate voted 20-14 in favor of overriding Gov. Mike Beebe's veto of Senate Bill 134, which would ban most abortions after 12 weeks of gestation. The bill now goes to the House for another override vote.
