Winter storm dumps ice in state

Marshall and Botkinburg residents were coping with ice covered roads, downed trees and no electricity Wednesday. Freezing rain created a sheet of ice that coated north Arkansas, knocking out electricity to about 300,000 customers. Four deaths in the state have been blamed on the weather, including the police chief in Trumann who was killed when an ice-laden tree limb fell on him.
