Ask the city to FIX IT!

Tired of hitting that same pothole on the way home? Sick of looking at that abandoned house covered in graffiti?

Use the map below to create a public record of problems in your city. Add information on potholes, graffiti, broken street lights, missing signs or any other non-emergency issue you feel should be addressed, and an email will automatically be sent to the city alerting them about the problem.

  1. Click on the location of the problem in the map above.
  2. Fill out the form that pops up. Be sure to include as many details as you can. Upload a photo if you have one.

Your local city government — and anyone else who requests it — will be notified of the problem by email.

Here's how to add your voice to an existing issue, or report that a problem has been solved.

  1. Click on the problem's marker.
  2. Click "I want this fixed too!" to sign up for email alerts on the issue. Click "comments / close ticket" to add your comment, a picture, or to report the issue has been fixed.

You can be alerted by email or RSS whenever a problem is reported in a geographical area you define: your town, your neighborhood, the route of your commute.

Simply draw the area on a Google map using our tool, then attach your email address.
