First Lady’s Children’s Tea

The Grand Hall of the Governor’s Mansion — decorated to look like a snowy Arkansas woodland — was the setting Dec. 18 for the First Lady’s Children’s Tea. Children and their parents enjoyed an array of sweets and treats and a visit with Santa.
