Dancing is all but required at the Arkansas Philippine Association galas. That’s something that any new guest who tries to sit and watch will soon find out. It’s just part of the never-ending hospitality of the members of the association, whose 36th annual Gala took place April 27 at the Holiday Inn Airport Conference Center in little Rock.
