Clinton School of Public Service reception

Skip Rutherford and his wife, Billie, welcomed the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service class of 2021 to Little Rock at an Aug. 14 reception at Trapnall Hall. The 42 new students will work to obtain a Master of Public Service degree. The school was first in the nation to offer that degree. Rutherford has been dean of the school since 2006.
