2019 Arkansas State Fair underway in Little Rock

In spite of a rainy day, a modest but enthusiastic crowd attended the Arkansas State Fair Tuesday morning in Little Rock. The fair features over 60 carnival rides as well as unique games and food and runs until October 20.
