Women jog during the Women Run Arkansas club's Women Can Run/Walk group-training clinic Monday night at Sylvan Hills High School track.

They want to prove that they, too, can finish a 5K.

And so bravely they show up, by the hundreds, for each late-winter installment of the Women Run Arkansas club's Women Can Run/Walk group-training clinics.

The 11th annual clinic series will begin in 28 cities across the state next week. They will offer the same thing they've always offered: women helping other women learn to run or walk for fitness.
