Fitzpatrick was questioned by detectives well into Tuesday night and is due to make an appearance in North Little Rock District Court by video Thursday morning. Officials have not said if he provided information about Wise's killing, but two arrest reports filed after the interview show additional charges of aggravated robbery, residential burglary and two counts of theft of property.

In one report, police wrote that Fitzpatrick admitted being one of three men who robbed the RadioShack at 2632 Pike Avenue at gunpoint on Nov. 28, 2009. The group took more than $1,700.

A second arrest report states that Fitzpatrick admitted breaking into an apartment at 1207 Scenic Drive with two others and then taking a laptop, an Xbox 360 and a flatscreen TV worth a combined $1,750. That crime occurred Nov. 17, 2009.

The resident whose apartment was burglarized, 20-year-old Bryon Bullock, was the clerk on duty at the RadioShack when it was robbed.

Authorities are still looking for a second suspect in Wise's death.

Fitzpatrick was being questioned by detectives when police announced his arrest at a 4 p.m. news conference and was still meeting with investigators more than five hours later. Officers at one point started to bring him out to load him into a patrol car bound for the jail, but Fitzpatrick turned away, stopped walking and was taken back inside for more questioning.
