100 YEARS AGO Dec. 2, 1912 One of the largest and most important realty deals that has taken place on the Argenta side of the river in some time was completed a few days ago, when Morris Altheimer and associates made public their plans to erect a two-story modern building at the northeast corner of Washington avenue and Maple street, Argenta, at a cost for land and building of about $50,000.
