look like space ships, seaworthy craft will take to the waters of Greers Ferry Lake in the World Championship Cardboard Boat Races, 10 a.m. July 28 at Sandy Beach, Heber Springs. Other activities include a tug-of-war, treasure dig, sand sculpting contest and watermelon-eating contest. After the race, the vessels will be destroyed in the Demolition Derby.
