Parents of the bride are Julie Schaer Smith of Little Rock and the late Randall Howell Butler. The bridegroom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Philip Edgar Dixon.

Honor attendants were Mrs. John Milwee and Philip Woodford Dixon.

The couple will reside in Little Rock.

Alice Caroline Talbot became the bride of James Travis Waller on April 21 in First United Methodist Church in Magnolia. The Rev. Larry Kelso officiated.
