    Young Tom fought a gallant battle against spending taxpayer money to help Sandy storm survivors will he fight an equal battle to prevent taxpayer money from being spent to help Arkansas storm survivors or will he do a 180 degree flip flop and become a liberal and help those in need with taxpayer money?
