A Lexa man was killed Sunday in a single-vehicle crash in Lake View, Arkansas State Police reported.
David Anderson, 65, was driving a Honda Odyssey west on Arkansas 44 shortly before 10:30 a.m. when the vehicle exited the right side of the road and struck a culvert. The van then re-entered the road, crossed both traffic lanes and crashed into a tree in a ditch, according to state police.
Anderson was pronounce dead at the scene.
