Three new businesses have opened or will shortly in a development in Little Rock's Heights neighborhood, Doyle Rogers Co. said Thursday.

The firm said Southern Accented, a retailer focusing on women's apparel, fashions, home decor and accessories, is already open at its Shops in the Heights development, 5501 Kavanaugh Blvd.

Opening soon there will be Le Pops Gourmet Lollies, an ice pop seller that once had a location in the River Market, and Domestic Domestic. The latter is a home and kitchen supplies seller owned by Heather Smith and Sarah Ort, the founders of nearby Eggshells Kitchen Co. They sold that store last year, according to a statement from Doyle Rogers Co.

Le Pops will open in June and Domestic Domestic will open in May.

The Shops in the Heights development opened in 2003 on Kavanaugh Boulevard between Polk and Taylor streets.
