    So, in the long run. It would be cheaper for the State and or Federal Government to pay out unemployment.

    "analysis found no connection between incentive dollars spent per capita and such measures of economic success as wages, incomes, human capital levels or unemployment." In other words, companies are going to place their factories where they will function best regardless of bribes paid to them. We are being fleeced by the big boys again as usual. So, save your tax dollars for something more important.
