Surely the staff at these institutions deal with some mighty difficult situations. But to truss up a youngster like a hog sounds like overkill. Obviously the ones with the helmet with a funny face painted on it went too far, and were just being mean. I wonder if sadists or people with undiagnosed psychiatric disorders ever get jobs in these places. I can imagine someone who likes to torture children might have a heyday, especially with a helpless child trussed up like a hog in 'the Wrap.' It gives me shivers just to think about the potential for monstrous child abuse occasioned by these sort of devices. Its like something out of a Middle Ages dungeon. Just who is providing oversight of these juvenile detention facility operators, anyway?
