I thought Republicans are against government regulation. Why doesn't the Legislative Council, now controlled entirely by Republicans, make a phone call and threaten to just shut down the Board of Private Career Education? Cut off their funding, pass a law to make it a crime to regulate post-secondary private career educators, anything to prove to Arkansans that "there is a new sheriff in town," and that the Republicans are not just blowing hot air when they claim to be against overarching government regulation.

State of Arkansas, please, please protect me from unlicensed Yoga instructors.

I'm too stupid to deal with this myself.

This is baloney. When do we find out that certain yoga instructors just want to keep others out of the business?
