Wedding vows were exchanged by Dr. Renee Michelle Powell and Dr. Brock Alden Warford at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at the Doubletree Hotel. The Rev. Chris Treat of Hope Church officiated.

Louise and Troy Powell of Higden are the parents of the bride. Her grandparents are Bernardine and the late George Leding of Fort Smith, the late Josephine DeSalvo and the late Troy Earl Powell, both of Conway.

The groom is the son of Emily and Darrell Warford of Benton. His grandparents are the late Charlie Warford and the late Leota Warford, also of Benton, and the late Leroy Polk and the late Rose Polk of Mabelvale.

The ceremony site was decorated with four wrought iron columns draped with silver organza and topped with arrangements of white hydrangeas, roses, tulips, peach stock, white larkspur and dusty miller. Unity ceremony music was by Josh Robertson and Grant Yazza.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a chiffon fit-and-flare ivory gown The asymmetrically pleated halter-style bodice had straps embellished with silver beading. The skirt extended to a chapel train. She carried a hand-tied nosegay of white and green hydrangeas, roses, white ranunculus and dusty miller.

Serving as her sister's maid of honor was Tracy Powell of Jonesboro. Bridesmaids were Kelsie Clark of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.; Dr. Tammy Gebo-Seaman of Clearwater, Fla.; and Drs. Dina Epstein, Maggie Wilson and Hannah Henson Williams, all of Little Rock. They wore persimmon-colored sleeveless dresses with ruched bodices and carried bouquets of hydrangeas, roses, ranunculus, stock and dusty miller. Flower girls were Tilly Warford of Alexander and Micah Robertson of Benton, nieces of the groom, and ring bearer was Brandt Robertson, also of Benton, nephew of the groom.

Best man was Dr. Nick Evans of Little Rock. Groomsmen were Eric Warford of Alexander and Darren Warford of Benton, brothers of the groom; Kyle McCracken of College Station, Texas; and Dr. Dustin Hoover and Kirk Ross, both also of Little Rock. Guests were seated by Drs. Kevin Barber and David Lee, both also of Little Rock; Chris Clark of Kansas City, Mo.; and Grant Yazza of Benton.

A reception in the hotel's Grand Ballroom followed the ceremony. Guest tables featured arrangements of clear glass vases filled with coral roses and white tulips, glass vases with floating candles and arrangements of hydrangeas, roses and tulips.

The bride graduated summa cum laude from Florida Southern College with a bachelor's degree in biology. She has a master's degree in biological sciences from Mississippi College and a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. She is a urology resident physician at UAMS.

The groom graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He has a medical degree from UAMS, where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. He is an obstetrics and gynecology resident physician at UAMS.

The couple will live in Little Rock after a wedding trip to Mexico.
