Metova Inc. is opening an office with 30 employees in Northwest Arkansas, the mobile- and digital-media company announced Tuesday.

The Franklin, Tenn.-based company also operates an office in Conway. Metova announced in July that it was planning to employ 160 in Conway as part of its work with companies like Yelp, Dropbox, eHarmony, Flixster and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Metova Chief Executive Officer John Adams described the jobs created in Fayetteville as being focused primarily on application programming and development. He called the region an "ideal location for our latest expansion."

Gov. Asa Hutchinson said in a statement that Metova's expansion is "a testament to the state's growing reputation as a hub for tech companies."
